Associate Director, Media Analytics: REMOTE – C-4 Analytics

We are currently hiring for an Associate Director, Media Analytics: REMOTE – C-4 Analytics, as we look to expand our team.

Who are you? Associate Director, Media Analytics:

C-4 Analytics is looking for an Associate Director, Media Analytics who will drive business success through the effective development, use, and education of analytics through a marketing-savvy data science lens that allow for an enhanced strategic partnership with clients and positively affect clients over all bottom line performance.

A day in the life of the Associate Director, Media Analytics

  • Provide agency wide GA Profile Standardization
  • Develop and implement GA4 Transition Plan
  • Leverage data science to implement the C-4 customer data platform (CDP) 
  • Expand C-4’s expertise in the use of data science to provide audience segmentation and enhance performance reporting
  • Uncover insights in our repository of raw and structured data, and provide tactical guidance on how to act on findings
  • Assist in agency-wide conversion standardization
  • Drives enhanced client reporting
  • Assists in Reporting Systems Management
  • Identifies opportunities for more media under management
  • Participates in the onboarding of new media vendors
  • Establish and implement a plan for usage of a data norms database
  • Oversees Ad Ops Tracking/Tagging mapping for clean data management and reporting
  • Continuously create reporting efficiencies
  • Provide company wide insights / benchmark creation
  • Creating data storylines & regular reporting for individual rooftops
  • Maintain data warehouse relationship management
  • Support case studies through data
  • Educates self & company on metrics / KPIs for all paid media (even traditional) 
  • Assist in driving quarterly strategy decks, account planning and weekly playbook(s)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements of an Associate Director, Media Analytics:

  • Proficient with tools such as G-Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
  • Proven track record of strong inter-departmental communication skills.
  • 5+ years of marketing, media and analytics experience
  • Experience with a CDP with a marketing-savvy data science lens
  • 5+ years of 3rd party vendor communication
  • Agency experience is a plus (does not have to be automotive)
