We are currently hiring for an Advertising & Analytics Operations Coordinator: Wakefield, MA as we look to expand our team and support our growing roster of local and national clients.

Who We're Looking For: Advertising & Analytics Operations Coordinator - Wakefield, MA

C-4 Analytics is seeking an Advertising & Analytics Operations Coordinator (AAOP) to join us as our team, technology, and client base continues to grow. As an AAOP, you will report to the VP of Paid Media Strategy and oversee a team that is responsible for the technical implementation and troubleshooting of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and a host of other digital advertising and reporting platforms. You will get to leverage your technical skills, attention to detail and relationship-building skills as you will partner with Client Services, Paid Media, Content and Product Development teams on a daily basis. A day in the life of a Advertising & Analytics Operations Coordinator: Wakefield, MA

  • Ownership over full tracking advertising and analytics set up for clients in agency onboarding
    • Conversion creation/tagging for ad platforms
    • Google Analytics goal implementation
    • Google Analytics implementation and filtering 
    • Report template creation 
  • Ownership over website transfer tracking needs 
  • Support implementation of new enhanced reporting needs across accounts 
  • Subject Matter Expert for new reporting platform(s)
  • Subject Matter Expert for GA4 and GA4 transition
  • Troubleshoot conversion and analytics tracking issues across accounts 
  • Manage and/or monitor inventory feeds
  • Co-manage Google My Business & Cars for Sale 
  • Ownership over inventory checks for search campaigns 
  • Ownership over pacing checks and notifications for Paid Media campaigns 

 

Please note: while C-4 Analytics is currently operating remotely, this position will eventually be expected to report to our Wakefield, MA, office.

Must-Haves

  • Prior experience with Advertising Operations or Media Analytics role
  • Experience working with advertising technologies including/but not limited to: 
    • Google Analytics - Universal Analytics & GA4
    • Google Tag Manager 
    • The Trade Desk 
    • Google Ads
    • Microsoft Advertising 
    • Facebook & Instagram Advertising
  • Ability to liaise between internal and client-facing contacts in order to communicate the appropriate level of technical detail in a way all parties understand.
  • Detail and task-oriented with the ability to rapidly prioritize, track, triage, and close a continuous queue of technical implementation and support issues.
