What You’ll Do:
Own Hiring Across Key Business Roles
- Full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles across Sales, Client Services, and other business functions
- Manage active requisitions with clear prioritization and consistent pipeline health
- Flex across different role types as hiring needs evolve
Build and Drive Pipeline
- Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
- Build strong, consistent pipelines across multiple roles—not just rely on inbound applicants
- Re-engage past applicants and leverage internal databases to maximize existing talent pools
Partner with Hiring Managers
- Run intake meetings to align on role requirements and candidate profiles
- Provide market feedback on candidate availability, compensation expectations, and hiring challenges
- Ensure timely feedback and smooth interview processes
Deliver Strong Candidate Experience
- Conduct phone screens and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Maintain clear, timely communication throughout
- Help close candidates by understanding motivations and addressing concerns
Execute with Speed and Discipline
- Maintain accurate data and pipeline tracking within the ATS
- Monitor pipeline health and adjust strategies as needed
- Contribute to improving recruiting processes and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
Core Experience
- 3–5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience hiring for sales, customer-facing, or high-volume roles is a strong plus
Sourcing Mindset
- Comfortable proactively reaching out to candidates and building pipelines from scratch
- Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and outreach tools
- Curious, resourceful, and persistent in finding talent
Execution & Ownership
- Able to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bias toward action and results
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring teams effectively
- Team-oriented, with a willingness to jump in where needed
Nice to Have
- Experience in high-growth or agency environments
- Exposure to digital marketing, advertising, or automotive-related industries
- Experience supporting recruiting campaigns or employer branding efforts
Compensation:
Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00. The starting annual on-target earnings for this position is between $75,000 - 90,000. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.
Please note that the stated salary range is flexible and negotiable based on individual qualifications and fit for the role. We encourage candidates to discuss their salary expectations during the interview process.

We have a strong preference for this position to reside in our Wakefield, MA office. The Recruiter (Sourcing-Focused) may benefit from the flexibility to work in a way that suits them best. We offer the following working options:
