Strategic Digital Marketing Sales Executive: Wakefield, MA – C-4 Analytics

Help Auto Dealers Succeed in a Digital-First World

At C-4 Analytics, we don’t sell products. We don’t sell ad packages. We don’t sell a checklist of services. We sell strategy. Integration. Results.

We’re looking for a strategic, consultative seller to help dealerships and automotive groups drive real growth through advanced digital marketing services. At C-4 Analytics, we don’t sell boxes or bundles. We sell thinking, insights, and performance-driven strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

If you know how to uncover business problems, design compelling solutions, and win trust with smart strategy—not just packages—we want to hear from you.

Who We Are Looking For:

C-4 Analytics is a smarter way for dealerships to win in a world where the consumer journey is dynamic, digital-first, and full-funnel. What we need from you:

  • You sold digital marketing services and understand that real ROI comes from how everything connects—paid media, SEO, analytics, creative, video, conversion optimization—not just from what gets “checked off.”
  • You know how to sell value, not volume
  • You’re fluent in diagnosing client challenges and providing solutions
  • You’re energized by winning long-term relationships
  • You’ve worked at a digital agency, marketing services firm, SaaS platform, or consulting group—bonus points if your clients were automotive dealerships or OEMs

Who This Is Not For:

Let’s be clear: This is not a role for someone who sells static off-the-shelf advertising packages or simply pushes a catalog of products. We’re looking for someone who can architect a sales solution to meet client needs.

What We Do—and What You’ll Sell:

We deliver Advanced Automotive Marketing for a Digital-First World.

We work exclusively with automotive clients: from single-point dealerships to large dealer groups and Tier 2/Tier 3 entities. If you’ve sold into this space before, great. If not, we’ll train you—as long as your sales chops are agency-grade.

That means:

  • Helping dealers dominate their market through channels such as search, video and social, yes—and also ensuring their website converts.
  • Building awareness and driving leads—and also connecting media performance to inventory, behavior, and outcomes.
  • Giving clients visibility not just into performance metrics—but into how to make smarter decisions with their budget.

You’ll be selling a solution that outthinks the competition, not outspends it.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and build relationships with dealership decision-makers (GMs, Dealer Principals, Marketing Directors)
  • Lead strategic discovery conversations that connect to a client’s business pain—not just ad spend
  • Partner with internal teams to design and present custom marketing strategies
  • Sell the full range of C-4 services and help clients understand how we optimize in-market performance, improve ROI, and grow share
  • Close new business with a clear, confident point of view—and a system that is proven to generate results for clients

Success Looks Like:

  • You consistently generate new business through smart targeting and deep discovery
  • You maintain a healthy pipeline and build trust through insight, not push
  • You guide prospects toward long-term partnerships, not one-time wins
  • You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment with support from world-class marketers

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of B2B digital-first marketing agency services
  • Experience selling to complex buyers with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to sell value, outcomes, and strategic thinking
  • Comfort navigating CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and media strategy basics

Automotive experience is a plus, but consultative service selling is non-negotiable.

Location & Travel:

This role is based in our Wakefield, MA headquarters, where you will have direct access to senior leadership and key resources needed to close business. Travel to client sites, conferences, or internal summits will be required.

Why C-4 Analytics:

We’re one of the most respected digital agencies in the automotive space—with a reputation for getting results. We believe in real results, radical transparency, and relentless curiosity. You’ll join a team that challenges each other, supports each other, and never stops evolving.

Our marketing is full-funnel. Our thinking is modern. Our partnerships are real.

  • We believe in strategy, transparency, and performance.
  • We believe traditional vs. digital is an outdated debate.
  • And we believe that your sales career should evolve just as fast as the market does.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
